I already knew what she needed before the consult because she called me after a friend referred me and I took a moment to understand her needs so I could give her a quite on the consult. Then I invited her to go to my website and schedule a consult.

The best parts? She said, “Thank you for embracing my project” and told me she felt like I knew her and were speaking to her from my website copy!
