Kendrick is the perfect mix of kind, funny and sales genius. Within about two seconds of chatting with her I felt like we were old friends-all that was missing was a couple of glasses of sweet tea! For years I’ve said, “Sales is not my thing,” and I meant it! But through my work with Kendrick I was able to realize why I felt so negative about sales: I was equating sales with the “hard sell”.
