Please Stop This Today

Today’s KTV got me fired up when I recorded it.  The subject reminded me of my pharmaceutical sales days when a few of the doctors I called on made one really poor decision, a choice that is unfair and could have life altering consequences.

No, I am not talking to the medical profession on today’s KTV but I see business owners make this mistake all the time and it gets my blood boiling.

Trust me if you are doing this, you are pushing customers away and doing them a terrible injustice.  It sounds dramatic but don’t let my passion fool you.  This is serious.

If your product or service can change someone’s life and you are making this mistake, you are potentially hurting the very people you went into business to help.
